Mr. Rinck has been an attorney since 1982 and has worked in the legal fields of worker’s compensation, Social Security, and personal injury for over 40 years. Currently, he is the only attorney that is board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Social Security Law in the State of Michigan and is one of two attorneys in Michigan who has been named as a Super Lawyer in that field. As for worker’s compensation, he has been voted as being among the best lawyers in Grand Rapids in that field multiple times by readers of Grand Rapids Magazine. He is one of the rare attorneys who has experience in workers compensation, Social Security law, No-Fault law and negligence law, and since many cases reach across many of those fields, that experience can be invaluable for clients. Mr. Rinck also has extensive appellant experience; he has literally appeared hundreds of times before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Western District of Michigan, with multiple appearances before the Michigan Supreme Court, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, in 2023, he was awarded the John W. Cummiskey Award for outstanding pro bono work by the State Bar of Michigan, an award that goes to one out of the 46,000 members of the State Bar every year. He has also served three years as the Chair of State of Michigan Bar of Social Security Law Section and was a member and section officer for many years. Admitted:
